We at 101Rabbits are so thankful for all of our customers and loyal followers outside of North America. Our YouTube channel gets views in many countries in all parts of the globe. We are happy to know that rabbits make great pets no matter where live.
We are not happy with anything but the best possible experience for our customers. As we are not currently able to provide a seamless customs process for our customers overseas, we would like to, instead, provide you with a hand-held process for ordering. Think of this as your personal concierge service.
If you would like to order from 101Rabbits, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and quantities you would like to order, along with your shipping address. Depending on the total value of the order + shipping charges, customers in countries outside of the US may be required to pay import duties and taxes on products shipped from the United States. These taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay, if required.
Our sales team will do the research to determine the possible import taxes for your country and create an order in our online system for you with the full shipping and taxes included. However, please be patient as this research can take a few weeks.
We will then send the order to you to review and you can decide if you would like to purchase. You can finish paying for the order yourself using our secure online checkout process. While this process may seem a little bit slower, we are hoping to provide a better end to end process for you and enable you to better understand the full cost of overseas shipping and import taxes before you decide to place the order.

We are currently shipping hay products only to the United States, Canada and Mexico. We are currently also not shipping willow products to New Zealand or Australia. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but if we ship the restricted item, it will more than likely not make it through customs in the destination country.
